Coaching Clients:

Before selecting a package, please read the Coaching Agreement to see the Terms & Conditions of package purchase. All coaching package purchases are subject to a $50 administrative fee (plus an additional $50 if the ELI assessment has been completed) if cancelled up to five business days after the third coaching session but are otherwise fully refundable. No refunds will be offered after five business days following the third session.

ELI-only Clients:

ELI-only purchases are subject to a $5 administrative fee if cancelled prior to completion of the assessment but are otherwise fully refundable. No refunds will be offered once the assessment has been completed
