Brian Goldfeder

Founder and Principal Consultant

Brian Goldfeder is the founder and Principal Consultant of Gold Eagle Associates, based in the New York City area, as well as a speaker, comedian, blogger, and web/podcast host.

​

A third-year doctoral student in applied organizational psychology and adjunct instructor at Hofstra University, Brian's areas of interest are organizational culture and climate, occupational health psychology, training & development, and leadership development, with the goals of helping individuals deal with anxiety, especially around public speaking and presentations as well as in the workplace, working with businesses to foster a healthy work environment, and helping executives, entrepreneurs, and managers develop leadership and communication skills necessary to be effective in the work environment.​​​

As a coach, Brian is currently working toward certification as a Certified Professional Coach® from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) as well as International Coach Federation (ICF) certification as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and is certified as an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner® (ELI-MP) as well as Lumina Spark.

Brian holds a Master of Business Administration in management from Hofstra University, a graduate certificate in human resource development from SUNY Buffalo State College, and an undergraduate degree in communications from American University, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
